Exelus is an advanced technology company that develops and licenses Cleaner-by-design chemical processes for the production of chemicals and clean fuels. Exelus strives to offer technologies to produce clean fuels and chemicals from multiple sources such as oil, natural gas and biomass.
Approach
Our approach to transition gradually from petroleum-based technologies to more sustainable technologies. This "middle of the road" approach allows us to mitigate GHG emissions for conventional processes using innovative catalyst technologies while developing practical, breakthrough technologies to transform renewable feedstocks to transportation fuels and commodity chemicals in an economically viable way.
